Sokol, Bennett, and Holden Claim Indiana Micro Week Opener Honors at Miami County Raceway!

PERU, Ind. (June 25, 2024) - Colby Sokol, Cole Bennett, and Eli Holden claimed Indiana Micro Week opening night honors at Miami County Raceway on Monday night with the NOW600 Heartland Auto Racing Tour.

A staggering 88 entires between the three HART Series classes were on hand featuring 51-Non-Wing Outlaw, 25-Restricted and 12-Junior Sprints.

Colby Sokol topped the HART Non-Wing Outlaw 25-lap feature event from the pole position. Greyson Springer advanced one spot to finish second. The podium rounded out with Caleb Shietze. Mason Hannagan was fourth with Steven Snyder, Jr. claiming the fifth spot from eighth.

Six heat races were contested with Greyson Springer, Colby Sokol, Cale Coons, Beau Brandon, Steven Snyder, Jr., and Justis Sokol victorious. Chase Hyland and Parker Leek topped the B-Mains.

A thrilling feature event was contested in the HART Restricted class, Cole Bennett was victorious in the 20-lap affair. Adam Artman finished in the runner up spot with Mason Miller claiming the third spot. Brody Davis finished in the fourth position with Eli Chaplin rounding out the top five.

Clarkson Hagan, Gavin Robertson, and Adam Artman each claimed heat race wins.

Eli Holden went on to win the green to checkered 15-lap feature event with the HART Junior Sprints. McKenna Kren followed in tow to claim second. Paxton Perry was third at the line with Noah Betts in fourth. Fifth went to Kash Wireman.

Kash Wireman and Eli Holden each claimed heat race wins.

The NOW600 Heartland Auto Racing Tour resumes Indiana Micro Week on Tuesday at US 24 Speedway in Logansport, IN.
